THE Jitu is an IT Staff augmentation firm that offers scalable remote software engineers to businesses. Our engineers are recent computer science graduates and the entire team in Nyeri, Kenya is led on-site by American executives.

Our Purpose is to provide staff augmentation that enables businesses to scale their IT workforce and avoid costly onboarding and common pitfalls offshore IT services often bring.

Jitu, which means Giant in Swahili, believes that the technology talent in Kenya can compete with the rest of the world. THE Jitu believes that technology should first work and then provide value to the business. Jitu’s technology team has been trained by some of the best software development, business process automation and digitization resources in the world.

Kenya, as a country, has invested heavily in education. English is taught as a main language and the majority of college educated citizens speak English fluently. Jitu has partnered with various universities in the area to acquire top talent that can compete on the world stage in technology.
