When we are not in the office, one of our passions at THE Jitu is connecting with the local community to have a "giant" impact on people's lives.
In July of 2021, we had an opportunity to visit Thunguma Children’s Home in Nyeri county where our team spent time getting to know the children and providing them with essential items to support their daily activities. Time was also spent playing soccer, reading, and cooking. The children taught us how to make chapatis (flatbread with flakey layers). THE Jitu had a great time visiting Thunguma Children’s Home and we plan on making regular visits in the future.
