01 ONBOARDING Immediate
THE Jitu selection and qualification process includes:
- Advanced English written and speaking skills
- Computer Science graduates with high honors
- On-Site office in Nyeri, Kenya
- Comprehension of US business standards and practices Technologies
02 INITIAL TRAINING 30 Days
All accepted candidates train on:
- Version Control Training
- Business communication skills
- Agile SDLC training
- Basic programming fundamentals
03 ADVANCED SPECIALITY TRAINING 60 Days
THE Jitu qualification process includes:
- Ability to onboard quickly and train on specific technologies
- Faster team immersion
- Option to train multiple team members at once
- Discounted rate for 60 days of training
